Financial Reports

Each month the PTO Treasurer updates the financial reports with the applicable income and expense activity for the month.  Those financial reports will be updated monthly in this section of the website. Any questions about any income or expense transaction should be referred to Julie Polansky at japolansky@comcast.net or 875-8999.
 
Treasurer's Report - June 2010.pdf
File contains details of the YTD actuals by line item for all income and expense accounts.  Provides a comparison to the current year budget.
 
Treasurer's Report - Budget.xls
File contains details of the proposed 2009-2010 CRS PTO Budget by income and expense line item. Also provides a comparison to Actuals for the past three years.

 

Treasurer's Report - June 2009.xls

File contains details of the 2008-2009 YTD actuals by line item for all income and expense accounts. Provides a comparison to the current year budget.
 

All requests for funds from the PTO Treasurer should be made using the CRS PTO Check Request Form.  Please attach all applicable receipt to the form and place in PTO mailbox in the CRS office.

Incoming funds to the PTO should be provided to the Treasurer using a CRS PTO Deposit Request Form.  All deposits should either be given directly to the Treasurer or stored in the CRS Office safe.  Please notify the Treasurer of the deposit request.
