Executive Board Members

Parents of CRS students are already members, feel free to attend our meetings at any time!  Meetings are held in the library.

Co-Presidents — Nancy Sullivan nje4047@comcast.net and Karen Aafedt Aafedt@sbcglobal.net

(Presides at all PTO meetings and are members of all committees except the Nominating Committee.  The President(s) appoints the chairperson of the Standing Committees and makes decisions/appointments as necessary to achieve the objectives of the PTO.)

1st Vice-President — Julie Polansky japolansky@comcast.net 

(The 1st vice-president shall act as an aide to the President and shall perform the duties of the President in his/her absence.  Responsible for monthly update of the PTO kiosk located in the front hallway.)

2nd Vice President — Peggy Wilde Margaret.Wilde@vernonct.org and Danielle Dumont Danielle.Dumont@vernonct.org   

(The 2nd vice-president shall represent the teaching staff at Center Road School and be the liaison between parents and the teaching community.  Coordinates functions between the organization and the school.)

Secretary — Kelley Mathes kcmathes@travelers.com

(The Secretary shall keep a correct record of all meetings of the organization and the Executive Board.  Any officer who will be absent from a PTO meeting shall submit a report to the Secretary to be presented at that meeting.)

Treasurer —  Mary Stone maryastone@comcast.net 

(The Treasurer shall receive all monies of the organization and keep accurate records of all receipts.  All authorized funds and expenditures shall be paid out by check.  The Treasurer shall present a statement of account at every meeting of the PTO.)
